1. Copy the prompt

Every Monday, check https://adan.cloud/feed.xml for new editions of No Hype, No Fear, Adan Álvarez's newsletter on how AI is changing security. If there's a new one, read its Markdown version (the edition's link with .md at the end) and give me the main point, the key numbers and what it means for my team, in five lines, with the link. If there's nothing new, say so in one line.

Make the end fit you, for example "what it means for a CISO at a 500-person company".

  2. Schedule it every week

    • In ChatGPT, open Scheduled in the sidebar and add a task with the prompt, every Monday. You can also paste the prompt into a chat and ask ChatGPT to run it every week.
    • In Claude, open Scheduled in the desktop app, choose New task, paste the prompt and set it to weekly. Desktop tasks run while the app is open. If you use Claude Code, a routine runs it in the cloud instead.
    • In any other agent that can read web pages, the same prompt works.

Menus change often. If yours looks different, ask the assistant itself to run the prompt every Monday.

  3. Or use a feed reader

Add adan.cloud/feed.xml to Feedly, Inoreader, Readwise or any RSS reader. The feed carries every edition in full, and many readers can summarize it for you.

For builders

  • Every edition is plain Markdown. Add .md to its link, or ask for text/markdown at the normal link.
  • /feed.xml is a full-text RSS feed.
  • /llms.txt indexes the whole site for agents.
  • Polls show up in the Markdown as ```poll blocks. Answers are anonymous, and answering takes a person on the site.

Rather have it by email after all?
